Silver Strength! It's at-home training for Silvers!
As we age it is so important to stay moving. Sometimes we tend to get "put in the corner" or told "that's how it is when you get older". It doesn't have to be that way!
Let's take back our youth!
My mother-in-law is the perfect example! She's 70+ and is far from frail. She runs, does aerobic classes, yoga, weight lifting and on and on. She has kept her mobility and goes to her local fitness center for her activities.
I'm offering in-home training for those who aren't to her level (yet) or are just a bit timid to go to the gym alone.
